Kelley Seale Adamson, M.E., P.E. is a forensic engineering expert witness from Texas. His expertise also includes traffic accident investigation, accident reconstruction, highway, roadway, civil engineering and bridge construction. He has active licenses from the states of Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. He is also an Accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist certified by ACTAR. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in the year 1982 and then earned his Masters of Engineering in Civil Engineering in the year 1985 from the Texas A&M University in 1982. He was a graduate research assistant for Texas Transportation Institute and Texas Engineering Extension Service.
