Keith William Fairchild

Dr. Keith William Fairchild Ph.D., B.A.is a Business and Finance expert witness fromSan Antonio, TX. He also has expertise in Business Valuation and Entrepreneurial Finance. He completed his B.A. with Honors, majoring in molecular genetics and biochemistry; Dean's Lists from College of Natural Sciences, The University of Texas at Austin in 1974 and then earned hisM.B.A from Graduate School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin in 1976.Keith Wm. Fairchild received his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986. Currently,He is an Associate Professor of Finance, Director of the MBA Programs Department Chair inthe University of Texas at San Antonio where he teaches various courses in Entrepreneurial-, Corporate- and International Finance, Investments, and Real Estate as well as publishing research in these areas. He has also served as an administrator at UTSA in the positions of Chair of the Department of Finance, Director of the MBA Program and Interim Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and Research. In addition to teaching, Dr. Fairchild has extensive experience as a consultant with real estate investors, venture capitalists and business owners, and has served as an expert witness in support of both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation. He has few publications to his credit. Dr.Fairchild has been awarded withOutstanding Overall Professor Award, UTSA MBA Association. He is a Member of the UTSA Institutional Insurance AdvisoryCommittee.
