Keith Alan Bergman

Keith Alan Bergman, P.E., is a civil engineering expert with experience in highway and street design, traffic engineering, utilities construction, storm drainage, pedestrian safety, walkway surface evaluations, and concrete and asphalt pavement evaluations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University in 1991 and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in multiple U.S. states.

Since 2011, Bergman has served as Civil Engineer at Bergman Engineering, LLC, where his work includes evaluating premises liability matters, roadway and traffic engineering issues, utilities, code compliance, construction management, work zone safety, stormwater management, and site inspections. Since 2020, he has also been Owner and Managing Partner of SCK2 Group, LLC, overseeing land development, infrastructure design, construction planning, agency coordination, cost estimating, and public hearing testimony. His previous positions include engineering and management roles with Fleisher Forensics, Bohler Engineering, Elliott Building Group, McMahon Associates, Nasland Engineering, and Crew Engineering and Surveying.
Keith Bergman has participated in professional organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the National Society of Professional Engineers. He has presented at transportation engineering conferences on traffic accidents, roadway design, and bicycle and pedestrian safety, and has served as editor for industry publications, including the ITE Expert Witness Council Newsletter and the Bergman Engineering website blog.
