Dr. Sutton has provided expert testimony and opposing expert testimony in civil and criminal proceedings since 2010, working with both plaintiff/prosecution and defense counsel. Her practice also includes consultation and Independent Educational Evaluations within public and private school systems.
Prior to founding her own practice, Dr. Sutton was a partner at Waco Psychological Associates from 2005 to 2019. She has served as a practicum supervisor and lecturer at Baylor University, teaching courses in psychology and counseling, and has provided clinical supervision to doctoral candidates. She also contributed psychological crisis services during the 2013 West, Texas fertilizer plant explosion as part of the FEMA mental health response team.
