Through The Young Group, Ms. Young conducts proprietary consumer research and works with formulators, application laboratories, and raw material suppliers. She developed the Sensorial Tutorial, a training module delivered for companies including Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive, and Unilever, focusing on the relationship between product formulation and consumer messaging.

Her work includes concept and product development for brands such as Neutrogena, Vichy, and StriVectin, as well as projects with pharmaceutical companies including Schering-Plough and Pfizer.

Ms. Young is an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology, teaching Product Development in the Master’s Program in Cosmetic & Fragrance Marketing and Management. Her education includes graduate studies in financial and strategic management, and she maintains professional affiliations within the cosmetic and fashion industries.
