Dr. Karen Lisa Furie M.D., M.P.H. is a vascular neurology expert witness from Massachusetts. She completed her undergraduate degree in English and American Literature in 1987 and her M.D. in 1990 from Brown University. She further completed her medical internship from Miriam Hospital and then completed her residency and fellowship from Rhode Island Hospital. Dr. Furie also completed her Masters in Public Health in 1996 from the Harvard University School of Public Health. She has physician's licenses from the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
