Currently, Dr. Poole is Clinical Unit Leader, Labor & Delivery at the Novant Health, Inc. formerly, she served as Assistant Professor of Department of Nursing at the Blair College of Health at Presbyterian School of Nursing, Queens University at Charlotte, North Carolina. She also has several publications to her credit. She resides in North Carolina.org
