He then completed a research fellowship in Vascular and Critical Care Neurology at MGH and BWH. He is currently the Director of the Center for Neurologic Emergencies in the Department of Emergency Medicine at MGH, the MGH Endowed Chair in Emergency Medicine Research, is a Professor of Emergency Medicine at HMS.
