Dr. Joshua A. Barras, Ph.D., A.B.P.P. is a neuropsychology expert witness from Illinois. Dr. Barras then completed his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1983 from Northern Illinois University. He further completed his internship from West Side VA Hospital and his fellowship from Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. He has a psychologist’s license from the state of Illinois and is certified by the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology.
