Joseph George Ouzounian

Dr. Joseph George Ouzounian M.D.is an obstetrician-gynecologistexpert witness fromCalifornia. He also hasexpertise inprenatal diagnosis, first trimester and second trimester genetic screening, amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), obstetric ultrasound and consultative management of high-risk pregnancies. He has medical practitioner’s licenses from the states ofCalifornia and Florida. He is certified by theAmerican Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He completed his B.Sc. inBiochemistry in 1986 from University of California, Los Angeles at Los Angeles, CAand then earned his M.D. in1990 from Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California. He further pursued his internship, residency and fellowshipinObstetrics and Gynecology as well as Maternal - Fetal Medicine from Los Angeles County+USC Medical Center, Keck School of Medicine at USC, Los Angeles, CA. Currently, Dr. Ouzounian is a Professor at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, and Chief of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He is also Vice Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. At USC, he is actively involved in research, teaching and clinical practice, and has published extensively in scholarly medical journals and textbooks.He is also a fellow of American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
