Dr. Joseph Loren Mills, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a vascular surgery expert witness from Texas. He completed his B.S. in Biology in 1977 and his M.D. in 1987 from Georgetown University. He further completed his internship and residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. He then completed his fellowships at Oregon Health Sciences University and at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He has a physician’s license from the state of Texas and is certified by the American Board of Surgery.
