Dr. Joseph R. Landolph, Jr., Ph.D. is the molecular microbiology expert witness from Los Angeles. He also has expertise in immunology, pathology, molecular pharmacology and pharmaceutical sciences. He received a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Drexel Univ. in Phila., Penna., in l971 and a Ph.D. in Biophysical Chemistry from Univ.of Calif. at Berkeley in Berkeley, Calif., in l976. He performed postdoctoral study in chemical mutagenesis, morphological/neoplastic cell transformation and carcinogenesis at USC/NorrisComprehensive Cancer Center from l977 to l980. Dr. Landolph was appointed Asst. Prof. of Microbiology/Pathology in l982, and is currently Assoc. Prof. of Molecular Microbiology/Immunology and Pathology in the Keck School of Medicine, Assoc. Professor ofMolecular Pharmacology in the School of Pharmacy. His research activities include studies of the genetic toxicology/carcinogenicity of carcinogenic nickel (Ni), chromium, and arsenic compounds. He is an expert in chemically induced mutation andmorphological/neoplastic transformation in murine/human fibroblasts. He has many publications to his credit.
