John Lyle has more than 35 years of experience in U.S. government contracting and acquisition, with service across the Department of the Air Force, U.S. Air Forces in Europe, U.S. Special Operations Command, the Army Contracting Command, and the Defense Contract Management Agency. He is a retired Senior Executive Service (SES) member of the Department of the Air Force and a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel. Throughout his career, he served as a warranted contracting officer with unlimited authority.
