John F. LaDisa

Dr. John F. LaDisa, Jr , Ph.D., M.S., B.S. is Biomedical Engineering, Cardiovascular Research Expert witness from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. LaDisa completed his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, from Marquette University at Milwaukee, WI in the year of 2004.He is Postdoctoral Scholar in Pediatric Cardiology from Stanford University, CA. Dr. LaDisa is an associate professor with Tenure of Marquette University in Department of Biomedical Engineering. He is also the Director of Laboratory for Translational, Experimental and Computational Cardiovascular Research (CV T.E.C. Lab) and Marquette University Visualization Laboratory. He is an Adjunct Faculty of the Department of Pediatrics at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Dr. LaDisa is also an Adjunct Professor of Medicine of Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Medical College of Wisconsin. He has also M.S. and B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University in the year of 2001 and 2000 respectively. Dr. LaDisa has several research interest such as Quantifying altered blood flow indices as predictors of morbidity after treatments for congenital heart disease, Correlating altered blood flow indices with the severity of restenosis after stent implantation, Designing novel engineering devices and interventions for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, particularly in children, Developing tools for predictive surgical or transcatheter treatment planning etc.
