Joel Bruce Bowers

Dr. Joel Bruce Bowers M.D. is a radiology expert witness from District of Columbia. He also has expertise in diagnostic radiology and cardiology. He has active medical practitioner’s licenses from the states of District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia and is also certified by the American Board of Radiology. He went to the James Madison High School at Brooklyn, New York then he completed his B.A. with major in Zoology in 1965 from the University of Vermont at Burlington, Vermont. He then earned his M.D. in 1969 from the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York.  He then pursued his Internship in Straight Medicine from the State University of New York Affiliated Hospitals at Buffalo, New York. He was then assigned as a General Medical Officer for the United States Public Health Service at Boston, Massachusetts. He further pursued his residency in Diagnostic Radiology and fellowship in Neuroradiology from the George Washington University Medical Center at Washington, D.C. Currently, Dr. Bowers maintains his private practice at Washington, D.C.. He is also the Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at George Washington University, Senior Attending Radiologist and Clinical Director of Neuroradiology at Providence Hospital at Washington, D.C..
