Dr. Jihad Tahsin Abbas M.D. is a vascular surgery expert witness from Ohio. He completed his B.S. in Mathematics in 1988 and his M.D. in 1992 from the American University of Beirut in Beirut, Lebanon. He further completed his internship and his first residency at New York University Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital and then completed his second residency at Medical College of Georgia Hospital and Clinics. Dr. Abbas also completed his fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. He has a physician's license from the state of Ohio and is certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Currently, Dr. Abbas is a Co-director of ProMedica Wound Care at ProMedica. He is also affiliated with Mercy Health.
