Expert Details
Dr. Clark earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo in 2011. He also holds a Master of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa (2007) and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Western Ontario (2004). Following completion of his doctoral degree, he served as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Computer Science at Carleton University from July 2011 to August 2013.
In addition to his academic role, Dr. Clark has served as a subject matter expert on digital assets in litigation matters, including work with law firms on cases involving digital asset and cryptocurrency-related issues. His consulting experience also includes work on internet voting security for the City of Toronto.
Dr. Clark holds a Professional Engineer designation with Professional Engineers of Ontario (non-practicing status). His research and academic activities include work in security systems, digital assets, and voting system technologies, along with teaching and supervising students in information systems engineering and computer science.
