Dr. Vanderhart currently serves as Managing Director at Secretariat, a role she has held since July 2024. Prior to joining Secretariat, she was the Managing Director at Intensity, LLC from 2021 to 2024 and previously served as Principal at Analytics Research Group from 2016 to 2021. Her professional experience includes leadership and consulting roles in economic analysis and advisory services.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Vanderhart worked as Managing Director at Invotex Group from 2005 to 2010 and as Managing Director at FTI Consulting from 2012 to 2016. She also served as Associate Director at Navigant between 2004 and 2005 and as a Senior Economist at LECG from 1998 to 2004. From 2010 to 2012, she held the position of Principal Economist at Exponent.

In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Vanderhart has been involved in professional and organizational leadership. She served as Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors of the United States Yoga Federation from September 2022 to August 2024. Her career reflects more than two decades of experience in economic consulting and analytical research.
