Dr. Kann completed his B.S. in Molecular Biology in 1987 from Vanderbilt University and then earned his M.D. in 1991 from the University of Pittsburgh Medical School. He further completed his internship and residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Medical Center, followed by his fellowship at Union Memorial Hospital. Currently, Dr. Kann is the Medical Director and Orthopaedic Surgeon at Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, as well as the Program Rotation Director of UPMC Family Medicine Residency at UPMC St. Margaret Hospital.
