Jeffery Stephen Vender

Dr. Jeffery Stephen Vender, M.D. is also known as Jeff Vender, is a critical care medicine expert witness from Illinois. He has active medical practitioner’s license from the state of Illinois. He is also certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He completed his B.S. in Biology in 1971 and then earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in 1975 from the Northwestern University. He then completed his M.B.A. in 1998 from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He further completed internship in 1976 from the Evanston Hospital. And also completed twice residency in Anesthesia in 1975 and 1979 and fellowship in Anesthesia/Critical Care in 1979 from the Northwestern University Medical Center. Currently, Dr. Vender is the Emeritus, Harris Family Foundation Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology at the NorthShore University Health System at Evanston, Illinois. He is the Clinical Professor at the University Of Chicago Pritzker School Of Medicine at Chicago, Illinois. He served as the Director of the Critical Care Services at the Evanston Hospital and the Interim Chairman at the Northwestern University Department of Anesthesiology. He also has many publications to his credit. He resides in Illinois. Dr. Vender has been married since 42 years to Barbara (Bobbie) F. Vender and has two children Kim (Steve) Vender and Todd (Jeannine) Vender and six grand-children Ryan Vender, Wiley Vender, Jeffery “Jack” Vender, Gavin Vender, Margaux Vender and Pierce Vender.
