He served as VP of Repertoire at Caroline Distribution from 2006 to 2008, and prior to that, he was VP of A&R and Special Projects at Rykodisc from 1987 to 2006. He also worked at EMI Music in the same capacity from 2006 to 2008. His early career included roles at Rhino Entertainment, where he has been a "Friend Of" since 1986, and Eastside Digital, where he was involved in various capacities from 1984 to 1987.
