Dr. Jay Paul Willging M.D. is an otolaryngology expert witness from Ohio. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology in 1978 and his M.D. in 1985 from the University of Cincinnati. He further completed his residency from the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and his fellowship from the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. He has physician's licenses from the states of Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio and is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Currently, Dr. Willging is a Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and Otolaryngology and the Director of the Interdisciplinary Feeding Team at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.

Dr. Willging is also a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology.
