Prior to this, he was Principal Mechanical Engineer at Beacon Scientific, LLC from 2016 to 2020. His career also includes significant leadership positions at Weatherford, Aither Engineering, Inc., and Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. In addition to his engineering work, he has a history of academic involvement, having been a Graduate/Rotorcraft Fellow at the Alfred Gessow Rotorcraft Center, University of Maryland.
