James Phillip Rice

Dr.JamesPhillip Rice M.D., F.A.C.O.G., F.I.C.S.is an obstetrician-gynecologist from Covington, Washington. He has active licenses from the states of California, Washington and Hawaii and is certified in Female Pelvic Medicine &Reconstructive Surgery and Obstetrics & Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
