Lewis is a retired US Air Force Security Forces and Academic Instructor Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) who has been working as an expert witness in the trucking & transportation industry for more than two decades. He holds a Masters of Education degree with a specialty in Curriculum Development from the University of Maryland as well as a Bachelors of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelors of Applied Medical Science in Psychology/Sociology, also from the University of Maryland.
He currently works as a Transportation Safety Expert at Evidence Solutions, Inc. He's also the owner of Total Transportation Training, where he provides training and consulting services for trucking and towing companies to ensure they meet Department of Transportation (DOT) safety standards.
