Currently, Dr. Black is the Chief of the Division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy at the Heart and Vascular Institute. He also serves as the Associate Professor of Surgery at the Heart and Vascular Institute. He is a Fellow of the American College Of Surgeons. He also has few publications to his credit. He resides in Maryland.
