Dr. Jack H. Winters Ph.D. is a computer engineering expert witness from New Jersey. He completed his B.S.E.E. in 1977 from the University of Cincinnati. He further earned his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in 1978 and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 1981 from Ohio State University.

Currently, Dr. Winters is the founder and managing member of Jack Winters Communications, LLC. and is the CTO and co-founder of Foremay, Inc.. He is also the Adjunct Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering Department and Wireless Communications Course Instructor at Stevens Institute of Technology.

Dr. Winters has additional knowledge in wireless communications, signal processing and radio frequency engineering.
