He later served as Director of Litigation for the Oregon Insurance Guarantee Fund. His work as an independent adjuster included commercial liability and large property losses with Sizer Dennett Adjuster, Inc.
Since 1981, Mr. Thomas has served as President of Casualty Loss Consultants, Inc., providing services throughout the Northwest. From 1987 through 2020, he actively practiced as a public adjuster, and since 2021 he has focused on appraisal and consulting services. His experience encompasses insurer operations, litigation oversight, and independent loss evaluation, offering a perspective informed by multiple sides of the insurance claims process.
