Dr. Irwin MacArthur Best, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a vascular surgery expert witness from Georgia. He has active medical practitioner’s licenses from the states of Georgia and New York. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Best completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1979 from the City University of New York and then earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in 1983 from the University of Rochester Medical Center. He further completed his residency and from the State University of New York, (SUNY). He aslo completed his fellowship in 2002 from the University of Rochester Medical Center and subsequently completed his Masters of Business Administration Program in 2003 from the Kennesaw State University. Currently, Dr. Best is the Assistant Professor at the Division of Interventional Radiology of the Emory University Hospital. Formerly, he served as the Assistant Professor in Clinical Vascular Surgery at the Department of Surgery at the Morehouse School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College Of Surgeons. Dr. Best also has several publications to his credit.
