Dr. Iain Matthew Mcintyre, Ph.D., B.S., M.S. is a forensic medical toxicology expert from California. He has an active license from the state of California and is certified by the International Biodeterioration & Biodegradation. He completed his B.S. in Organic, Physical and Inorganic Chemistry in 1977 from the Faculty of Science University of Melbourne and then earned his B.S. with Honours in Evaluation and Application of a Radioimmunoassay for Nomifensine in 1979 from the same University. He then pursued his M.S. in Studies of Nomifensine in Man in 1980 and Ph.D. in Biochemical and Endocrinological Studies in Psychiatric Disorders in 1983 from the Faculty of Medicine University of Melbourne. Currently, Dr. Mcintyre is a forensic toxicology laboratory manager at San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office and also a voluntary clinical professor of the Department of Pathology at the University of California. He is also a forensic toxicology consultant and expert witness at Paseo Montanoso San Diego, California. He has several publications to his credit. He is also a member of the International Association of Forensic Toxicologists, The International Association of Forensic Toxicologists, Society of Forensic Toxicologists and California Association of Toxicologists.
