Ltd. from 2001 to 2006, and was a Partner and Associate at Rivkin Radler LLP from 1989 to 2001, where he litigated environmental insurance coverage, products liability, and toxic tort matters.

Mr. Tollin has prepared expert reports and provided deposition testimony in state and federal litigation involving environmental insurance availability, insurance broker liability, insurance placement, attorney fees, and environmental claims. He is licensed as an insurance broker in New York, New Jersey, and multiple other jurisdictions and is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, several United States District Courts, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He has authored numerous publications on environmental insurance and risk management, regularly presents at legal and industry conferences, and has held leadership positions with professional organizations, including the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Brownfield Partnership.
