His earlier roles include Vice President of Marketing at The Beck Group/Janus Hotels and communication and sales roles in the hospitality and advertising sectors.

Mr. Nusbaum holds a BFA in Broadcasting/Media from the University of Cincinnati and completed the Institute for Organization Management’s six-year program.
