Henry Peter Lipian, A.C.T.A.R., also known as Hank Lipian is an accident reconstruction expert witness from Ohio. He is an Accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist certified by ACTAR. After completing his schooling in 1968 from the Brecksville High School, Henry Lipian completed his A.A. in General Studies in 1979 from the Thomas Edison College and then completed his B.S.S. in Social Sciences in 1993 from the Ohio University. Currently, henry Lipian is the President and Senior Reconstructionist at the Introtech Crash Reconstruction.
