He further pursued his residency in Family Practice from the State University of New York at Stonybrook, New York. He also served the military where he was the Lieutenant Commander of United States Navy. He was stationed at US Naval Hospital at Annapolis, Maryland during his military service. Currently, Dr. Gross is the Assistant Clinical Professor of the Dept of Family Medicine at the Rutgers Medical School at Newark, New Jersey. He is also the Attending Physician, Englewood Hospital and Medical Center at Englewood, New Jersey and Holy Name Medical Center at Teaneck, New Jersey. Formerly, he was the Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine at New York City, New York. He is a member of the Medical Society of New Jersey.
