He completed his schooling in 1955 from the Central High School at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and subsequently completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree with Major in Zoology in 1960 from the University of Pennsylvania. He then earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in 1964 from the Tulane University School of Medicine at New Orleans, Louisiana. He then completed internship in Straight Medicine in 1968 and residency in Ophthalmology in 1966 from the Temple University Medical Center and the Tulane University. He further completed fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology in 1970 from the Children’s Hospital of the District of Columbia at Washington, D.C.. Currently, Dr. Koller is an Ophthalmologist at the Huntingdon Valley Eye Care Consultants, Ltd at Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania. He also serves as Consulting Pediatric Ophthalmologist at the Hahnemann University Hospital and the Attending Surgeon at the Wills Eye Hospital. Formerly, he was the Lieutenant Commander at the United States Public Health Service at Staten Island, New York. He is a Fellow of the American College Of Surgeons and a member of The American Academy of Ophthalmology. He also has many publications to his credit. He resides in Pennsylvania.net
