Dr. Burke is also a senior partner at Colorado Rehabilitation and Occupational Medicine and has been affiliated with the NFL Players’ Association as a physician since 2020. Her prior clinical roles include positions with Mile High Sports and Rehabilitation Medicine, Metro Denver Pain Management, and Colorado Pain Specialists. She has also worked in consulting and advisory roles, including ongoing work with the Colorado State Medical Board and the Center for Personalized Education for Physicians.
Her education includes a B.A. in Neuroscience from Vassar College and an M.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She completed an internal medicine internship in Dallas, followed by a neurology residency at the University of Colorado, where she served as Chief Resident. She then completed a fellowship in interventional pain management at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
