He further completed internship in Internal Medicine in 1979 and multiple residencies from 1979 to 1982 from the Department of Medicine, University of Tennessee at Center for the Health Sciences and the Department of Neurology, University of Virginia Medical Center. He also completed his research fellowship in Epilepsy Training in 1983 through Comprehensive Epilepsy Program from the University of Minnesota. Currently, Dr. Corwin maintains his private practice at the Baptist Health Louisville at Louisville, Kentucky. He also serves as Member of Medicine/Family Practice Patient Care Committee at the Baptist Hospital East. He has several publications to his credit. He resides in Kentucky.
