Mr. Plaisance holds U.S. Merchant Marine Officer licenses as Master of Steam or Motor Vessels up to 1600 gross tons upon oceans and is an Accredited Marine Surveyor with the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors. His background includes leadership roles in vessel operations, shipyard management, and marine construction across the Gulf Coast and beyond.
