Dr. Gregory Anthimos Christoforidis, M.D. is a neuroradiology expert witness from Illinois. His clinical expertise includes interventional neuroradiology, neuroendovascular surgery, diagnostic neuroradiology of the brain, head, neck and spine, acute stroke, aneurysms, arteriovenous fistulas, arteriovenous malformations and other vascular lesions. He has active medical licenses from the states of Ohio and Illinois. He is also certified by the American Board of Radiology. He earned his medical degree in the year 1990 from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health. He also completed his internship from the Mount Carmel Medical Center at Carme, Ohio and then completed his residency in Radiology in 1995 from the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He further completed his first fellowship in Neuroradiology in 1997 and his second fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology in 1997 from the Henry Ford Hospital and the University Hospital of Zurich. Currently, Dr. Christoforidis is the Professor of Radiology and Surgery and the Section Chief of Neuroradiology at the University of Chicago Medicine.
