Dr. Graham Earl Quinn M.D. is an ophthalmology expert witness from Pennsylvania. He earned his M.D. in 1973 from Duke University School of Medicine. He further completed his internship and first residency at Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital of Case Western Reserve University and then completed his second residency at Scheie Eye Institute. He then completed his fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Quinn also completed his Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of Pennsylvania. He has a physician’s license from the state of Pennsylvania and is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Currently, Dr. Quinn is the Emeritus Director of Research in the Division of Pediatric Ophthalmology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and is the Emeritus Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Quinn has additional knowledge in pediatric ophthalmology.
