Her clinical work includes experience in state mental health services, community mental health programs, and consultation roles, with a focus on severe psychopathology, assessment, and diagnosis. She has practiced as a licensed psychologist in New York since 2003 and previously in Utah. Her professional activities include supervising interns, consulting for health organizations, and providing psychological services across adolescent, adult, geriatric, and forensic populations. She has delivered keynote addresses, presentations, and trainings on Indigenous health, ethics, environmental impacts, and culturally grounded psychological theory for academic, professional, and community audiences.
