Dr. Gary Kent Oakes, M.D. is an obstetrics and gynecology expert witness from Georgia. He completed his undergraduate degreein 1964 from Columbia University and then earned his M.D. in 1968 from UCLA School of Medicine. He further completed his internship at Orange County Medical Center and his residency at UCLA Center for the Health Sciences. He has physician's licenses from the states of California, Maryland, District of Columbia and Georgia and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Currently, Dr. Oakes is the Director of Perinatology at Memorial Medical Center, Inc. and an Assistant Professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mercer University School of Medicine.
