Currently, Dr. Deel serves as a Full Professor of Management at American Public University System, where he was promoted to this rank in April 2024. He is also the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Space Education and Strategic Applications (SESA) Journal and serves as an Adjunct Professor in Space Studies. In addition, he holds adjunct and course development roles with the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida, contributing to business, tourism, hospitality, and global study programs.

Dr. Deel is also the Owner, Consultant, and Expert Witness at FC Consulting & Expert Witness, where he provides consulting and litigation support services. Previously, he served as an Associate Professor of Management and as Faculty Director of the School of Business at American Public University System. His multidisciplinary background spans management, hospitality, business, and legal studies, with significant experience in academia, research, and expert witness services.
