Friedrich Boettner

Dr. Friedrich Boettner, M.D. is an orthopedic surgery expert witness from New York. He completed his Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1994 from the World Health Organization and then completed his rotational medical school attendance from various medical schools, namely the George Mason University, the New York University, Bellevue Hospital in New York City, New York, the Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, the Stellenbosch University Medical School in Stellenbosch, South Africa and the University of Birmingham Medical School in the UK. He further completed his internship and residency from the University Hospital Muenster in Germany and his fellowships from the Hospital fro Special Surgery, the Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas, Greenville Hospital System at Greenville, South Carolina and the Steadman Hawkins Clinic at Vail, Colorado. He has physician's licenses from the states of New York and New Jersey and is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Currently, Dr. Boettner is the Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University and the Associate Attending of Orthopaedic Surgery at Hospital for Special Surgery. Previously, he was the Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Hamburg University Medical School and the Attending Orthopedic Surgeon Department of Orthopedics at University Hospital Muenster.
