Frank Kevin Yoo

Dr. Frank Kevin Yoo M.D., Q.M.E. is a Neurological Surgery expert witness from California. He has an active medical practitioner’s licenses from the states of California. He is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. He finished his B.A. in English and Chemistry in 1988 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and then earned his M.D. in 1993 from the Emory University School of Medicine. He completed his Medical Sciences degree under the Department of Anatomy in 1996 from the University of Arkansas. He then pursued his Surgical Internship under the Department of Surgery and Affiliated Hospitals from the Emory University School of Medicine at Atlanta, Georgia. He pursued his residency in Neurosurgery from Loyola University Medical Center at Maywood, Illinois. He also pursued his Chief Resident under the Division of Neurosurgery from the University of California San Diego in San Diego, California. He achieved his Research Fellowship from Emory University School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, a member of the Korean-American Spine Surgeons and also the member of the San Diego County Medical Society. He also has several publications and honors to his credit.
