Dr. Frank Richard Voss, M.D. is an orthopedic surgery expert witness from South Carolina. He completed his undergraduate degree in 1982 from Brown University and then earned his medical degree at Harvard Medical School. He further completed his residency at the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Program and his fellowship at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center. He has a physician's license from the state of South Carolina and is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Currently, Dr. Voss is the Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He previously served as the lead orthopedic trauma surgeon at Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia.
