His previous executive positions include Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at ClearMedical, Bellevue, WA, and Vice President of Research and Development at Franciscan Health System (1993-1996) and Franciscan Health Services - Washington (1988-1993), where he also held roles in planning and research. Earlier in his career, Dr. Fox worked in several senior economist and project management positions at organizations including SysteMetrics, HDR Systems, and the Washington State Hospital Commission.
