Dr. Eric Lee Ceithaml M.D is a thoracic surgery expert witness from Florida. He completed his B.A. in Biology in 1971 from Carleton College and then earned his M.D. in 1976 from Case Western Reserve University. He further completed his internship and residency at North Carolina Memorial Hospital, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and then completed his fellowships at Duke University in Durham at North Carolina, Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, Boston Children's Hospital and Milwaukee Children's Hospital. He has a physician’s license from the state of Florida and is certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.
