Dr. Rand is currently a pediatric gastroenterologist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), where she serves as the Medical Director of the Liver Transplant Program, Director of the Gastroenterology Fellowship Program, and Director of the Advanced Transplant Hepatology Program. She is also an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
