Ms. da Silva’s experience includes white-collar investigations, shareholder disputes, post-acquisition and net working capital disputes, contract disputes, and regulatory enforcement matters. She has advised legal counsel, corporate management, boards of directors, and shareholders across a range of industries, including financial services, software, healthcare, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Her engagements have involved forensic analysis of financial records, damages calculations, financial modeling, and evaluation of accounting treatment in disputed transactions. 

Before joining PKF O’Connor Davies in 2017, Ms. da Silva co-founded and operated a litigation consulting firm for eleven years. Earlier in her career, she worked at Ernst & Young in the external audit practice and later in the firm’s Fraud Investigations and Dispute Services group. 

Ms. da Silva holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified in Financial Forensics. She has provided expert testimony in federal courts and arbitration proceedings and has served as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
